"Got a bus stop right in front of the building which is great for catching early buses. Miyanoura is the busier area on the island but cant compare to cities, so its already quite good location with short walk to supermarket and restaurants in the area. We love the scenic views right from our room towards a river and mountain at the backdrop. Staff speaks limited English but sufficient to keep you served friendily. Note there are only stairs, ie not barrier free nor friendly for your fatigue legs...

Great bath, good breakfast buffet, and pleasant staff who are all eager to help you have a great experience on Yakushima, no matter what you plan to do! I hope I get a chance to go back someday. "
