The property is historic, yet well renovated, so we were comfortable. They also provide tea and cups of noodles at no additional cost if guests need a snack. Very charming Showa Era coffee shop inside the Nakatsugawa station, a must visit! Visitor center is a helpful resource, located next to the station.

Verified traveler

Staff made one large mistake: a replacement pocket WiFi was shipped to us by vendor but delivered to wrong building at hotel address. Staff failed to communicate with each other so we did not receive it despite several inquiries by us.
