"The nicest & most attentive group of people.
Though the hotel is not the most modernest of establishments the staff more than make up for this.
“Smiles” in the land of smiles. Can’t fault the food. Breakfast was so filling.
Although our stay was only short & in the wet season.
The National Park gate staff at the waterfall need to learn from the hotel staff on how to smile..

"Overall a nice hotel but we didn't sleep at all due to the very noisy fridge in the room. Also disappointing not having a kettle in the room. We were in a cycle event and needed a hot drink before we left at 05.30 am"
