I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of your restaurant manager, Vishal. As a VIP Expedia Platinum Member staying for 7 days at your hotel, I had an unpleasant experience that significantly affected my stay.
Mr. Vishal was abusive in his tone, not just toward me but also his own staff. His lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. Since the incident, I avoided breakfast for most of my stay. This morning, I gave it another chance but found him seated on his phone, not welcoming guests, nor asking for room numbers—a clear disregard for guest service.
I strongly urge the management to take appropriate action, as such behavior is unacceptable in a hospitality setting and reflects poorly on the Seagate brand.
