"Outstanding property. Very quiet admist nature with river flowing nearby. Room was big and clean, jaccuzi was great and the food was delicious. But what stood out was the customer service of the people who work there. In all my travel I have never experienced such a customer service anywhere. Especially Asalanka and Dimender. They were soft spoken, clearly explained everything and was willing to help with anything. The people who work there is what makes the difference and is definitely a highlight of my Srilanka trip. "Its a property about 7 km away from town. Its a beautifully built property . As i understand it has 6 rooms, and a pool table in the loft. Great staff. There is no lift but its not an issue. There are small things they need to see to. Like salt and pepper shakers ( rather than sticking your fingers into the salt/pepper jar. ) there are no tissues in the room/bathroom. No hand washers - but lovely towels. The scenery from the small restaurant is amazing. This is place i may stay at again"
