"Loved hot tub, food look of the room and very convenient!"

"I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. "It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. "Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location"
