Papaya Resort Nong Khiaw

"We loved our stay at Papaya Resort. The rooms were comfy and cozy, the staff were very friendly and always available to help or provide info, the restaurant and eating area was a great space to relax while enjoying a beverage and playing cards, the food was fresh and delicious and the river/mountain views are amazing. The resort is a couple km's from town but they have ebikes, bicycles or will call a tuk tuk if needed. You can also easily book tours and activities right at the resort and get picked up from there. Highly recommend! "

"Staying here in Nong Khiaw, on the river, enjoying the spectacular scenery from my balcony, I felt peaceful and very well taken care of by the wonderful staff. If I go back to Nong Khiaw, I would only stay here. The family in charge, did everything they could to make my stay exceed my expectations. Sieu was a wonderful cook and the food at this hotel was better than anything I found in town. They had kayaks and paddleboardd right down below on the water. They did laundry incredibly fast. Answered any questions I had about local sites or travel. I felt like a member of the family by the time I was leaving. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed in my life as far as being taken care of. "
