"Nice hotel and cafe next door if you want breakfast or brunch. Room is clean, reasonable not to small. Service is okay, my only issue was I had to pushed my 3 luggages on my own to the front counter. No one came to help me at all. My husband had crutches so he couldn't, no one opens the door for us. I have to open the door for him and push the luggages through."

"The views from every room in our apartment on the 43th floor were simply stunning. After staying in Hanok-style houses for the prior 3 nights, sleeping in a very large, bright, clean, well-appointed and comfortable apartment was a delight. Even our bathroom had amazing floor to ceiling views. Having read the comments in prior posts, we arrived knowing the drill for parking (5th floor basement) and check-in (phone call to meet someone at the elevator upon arrival). Ours was a luxury corporate apartment so we knew we couldn’t rely on the front desk, which served the residents of the building. The location was perfect! The staff provided instructions on how to use all the appliances, which we supplemented with a translator app, including for parking. Admittedly, although it was hard to leave the apartment for our next location, this option would not be for someone who relies heavily on guest services at a hotel. "

"This place a life saver. We had to book this place last minute after a nightmare place we had to walk out on. Place is immaculate and the staff are top-notch!!! Will definitely recommend this place and stay again..rooms are spacious. Very clean and the breakfast buffet was so delicious. Thank you. Only wish they had laundry facilities in the building so I could wash my own "

"Easy access to beach area, plus 3 convenience stores close by. Reception spoke very good English and helpful with early check in. If i was to stay in Haeundae again, i would probably choice this hotel again "

"Great hotel with great beach view. Nice to smell the ocean. Room is clean, modern and comfortable. The buffet is very good (but you need to reserve). Zero issues with hotel. Philip in concierge went through a lot of effort to help me get tickets for Jeju Island ferry from Mokpo. Turns out that you can just easily buy them a couple right before you board. Seems not full for regular passengers. You can easily take bike but you need to put it in cargo hold yourself so go EARLY. Hotel is in a nice convenient area. It is my second stay and I would stay again."
