"Perfect room for disabled 401, next to sauna entrance (relax) wasn't given any details about this on booking in had to work that out ourselves, food and drink very expensive for sub average grub, the burger is the most popular but only have this if you think paying best part of £20 for a soggy mess is good. NO tea making in rooms, ask for tea at bar and all the English drink is earl grey!!!yuk (had to ask for more teabags to get any colour) we don't do breakfast tea.... funny that because at breakfast you DO. Breakfast was just about okay with the faulty lamp flashing and so so food. Only good thing was booking out a the only time reception staff wanted to do anything well."
