"The property is brand new , very clean and bright maybe a little too bright in the nighttime. The windows in the peaked area keep the room brighter during the night . No way to make it dark in the one room. There were 2 chairs for the deck and no hot tub . The other units have a hot tub and so from the pictures we thought this one did too. The unit has all bedrooms upstairs with a bath . The bath up has a large tub with hand held shower . The downstairs shower is large although there is not a place to put shampoos, razors etc. The unit was very quiet at night . It was difficult to find as the confirmation did not include a unit number. The property was quick to respond to questions regarding check in. There is a quite steep driveway to get to the unit. Overall a nice place, smaller than what the pictures appear but for 1 night it worked well. "

"Really liked this hotel. Good rooms Delicious breakfast Very good spa center with swim pool, dry sauna and two turkish saunas. Skibus is not far from the entrance, down the road. By car its about 10 minutes (during the day) to the main gandola skilift, but it could take 30-40mins to come back around 4pm (traffic). Recommended "

"Everything was great, good choice of breakfast you could eat right at the property and everyone is very nice specially the waitresses at the restaurant. This lady made my trip a lot more enjoyable. Very family friendly. "

"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so thats a plus. "
