"I booked via Expedia but when I arrived at the property the security guard at reception knew nothing about me or the booking. I was the 2nd person whom this same thing happened to. I ended up staying somewhere else because I could not access my room. shocking service, These people shpudl be kicked off Expedia instead of messing people around."

"It felt like a unique authentic African camping experience. The night sky was epic and the hot shower was a nice surprise. The campsite had been perfectly raked and great care was taken to make sure we had a good experience. Thank you to Rueben and Hansen for a great evening."

"The Apartment is amazing, and must be one of the best on the beachfront. Easy walking distance to the Beach, to the Tug and Jetty Restaurants and to good bars. The apartment itself is very spacious with great furnishings and well looked after. I'd definitely stay there again anytime. Negatives were small, like the TV was not big and the wifi slow, but we did not really spend that much time using those in any case. "The property manager, Shantelle, was excellent and quickly reacted to fix the problems I had with the apartment. The gym isn't much, but there is a full gym about a 2 min walk away that offer day passes. What you are really paying for with this property is affordability conveniently location within the CBD. "

"We spent the month of Feb here. It was perfect for us to explore the city in the mornings and relax by the pool in the afternoons. Furniture was comfortable and all appliances worked well. We never did rent a car, as most of Windhoek’s sights were within a 20 min walk, and the grocery store and many restaurants were within a 10-min walk. Safe neighborhood. Lastly, you will never find a VRBO host as helpful and responsible as Franklin. Thanks for a great experience!"
