"Excitement turned to MISERY on arrival. Told there was a luggage drop. No. Only if you stop on a busy street. Joffre Garage a 10-15 minute walk past junkies and beggars. Reception said this was normal . .. we only saw it around the hotel. Elevator fits one normal sized person and bag, or two people. Our room was miniature, requiring us to walk at an angle at the foot of the bed to get to the bathroom. Reception was ambivalent, likely hear this daily. They said Expedia has wrong photos, this WAS...
