Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Nancy, this charming flat with Wi-Fi (fiber optics), with a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation includes :
- A 30 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Le précieux de Raoul "Mooi appartement, super locatie, mooi stadje! 🙂 De locatie was super, aan een gezellig plein met uitzicht op de kathedraal. Bakker op 1 minuut lopen net als de city Carrefour. Op korte wandelafstand van plein Stanislas. Mooi ruim appartement. 🙁 Uhhhh...eigenlijk kan ik niets noemen. Het ligt aan een plein en daardoor is het gehorig in het appartement maar dat weet je als je zo centraal zit, dus daar klaag ik niet over. De badkamer is alleen bereikbaar via de slaapkamer. Wij verbleven met ons gezin in het appartement dus dat maakt niet uit, maar ben je met twee stellen dan is dat wel onhandig. Dus goed om te weten!"

Peut-être devriez vous signaler que votre logement donne sur une place très animée (du moins en période estivale)et que des camions balais font énormément de bruit à partir de 5h...cela dit vous n'en êtes pas non plus responsables et la ville est très propre !😜"
