"I don't want to over sell this place because the rooms were rustic ( no shower head but good hot water) The staff was great and friendly, the food was good, the views and hike on the property was fantastic. But it is a rustic place so it is not perfect. For the price it was good and I am glad we stayed here, just don't get your expectations too high for luxury rooms."

"This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean eco-lodge just outside Mindo. The tropical grounds are vast and exquisitely manicured, while the rooms are large and inviting after a day of fun activities. It’s quite private. We enjoyed a lazy afternoon of recovery from a busy trip, reading and napping on the great balcony. Every staff member’s goal is for guests to be happy—each person was so impressive. Highly recommend! Note: We would never have walked to town, due to distance and darkness. A taxi...
