"The Nang Rong Hotel about 5 min from the main road is a great little Oasis of peace in an otherwise hectic and chaotic city. Rooms are clean, the bed is very comfy and the shower has hot water. If you are a light sleeper try to opt for a room out back. The two boys at the reception do not speak much english but will go out of their way to accommodate any wishes. "This is an older style motel accommodation therefore the rooms are a bit tired, in saying that the beds and linen were good as were the fridges and air conditioning. The food in the restaurant in the evening was better than we were expecting. Would have paid considerably more for a pool!!!"
