The two bedrooms are located on either side of the living room of the apartment.
A bathroom and separate toilet.
The separate kitchen is fitted and equipped so that you can concoct delicious meals for yourself.
For sunny days, a pretty terrace is available from the living room.
For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with electric roller shutters.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people with 1 double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. Note that it is possible to combine the 2 single beds to make a double bed.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped so that you only have to put down your suitcases. It has a Nespresso coffee maker, wifi connection, Italian shower, TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

The accommodation Le Singulier is managed by the Cocoonr Agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival.
You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on your arrival.
To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
Neighbourhood and transport
All the shops you need are in the neighbourhood, including one of the best bakeries in Nantes!
Located 10 minutes walk from the hyper centre of Nantes and 5 minutes walk from tramway line number 1 and bus lines C1, C3 and 11 !
These will allow you to reach the Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the train station in less than 15 minutes. As for the Machines de l'Ile, they are a 15-minute walk away. As you will have understood, Le Singulier benefits from an ideal location to stay in Nantes.
