Amazing room with prinstine amenties! We stayed very comfortably as a family of 4. The reception guy speaks good English and it is so easy to park, walk around. Highly recommend.

Excellent accueil

L'accueil du receptionniste de nuit était très agréable et efficace ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Nous sommes arrivés à 2h du matin sans aucun problème. Quant au réceptionniste du matin, il a eu un mot gentil pour les enfants, le sourire, un accueil pro, courtois et jovial. Excellent service humain.

Very nice. Had to switch rooms because the air conditioner didn’t work but got a much nicer room with a view of the river. We got free parking because of the VIP thing so saved 14. Breakfast was a 12 euro buffet, we skipped because we don’t eat that much for breakfast.

Un ladrón entró en nuestro coche aparcado al aparcamiento al lado del Novotel en Nantes, rompiendo la ventana fija de la parte delantera derecha. Nos enteramos que había habido 13 casos anteriores del mismo tipo de robo esa misma semana, y la recepción no nos advirtió.

Pratique: juste devant un arrêt de tram (ligne 3 pr aller direct au centre, ligne 5 directe pour la gare) , dans l île (très belle balade à pied le long de la Loire pour aller aux Machines). Bien insonorisé. Accueil de qualité.

Eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Es gibt gratis Parkplätze aber nicht sehr viele und nicht reservierbar. Im Hotel wird renoviert - tagsüber Baulärm.
