About this property

Large, cozy house near the city center

  • We rent our house that we occupy all year round and that we like very much. It is large and warm and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people (see + with mattresses). It is located in Nantes, in a very quiet residential area, and has local shops: bakery, butcher, market (on Wednesdays), tobacconist/press, pizzeria, supermarket (Liddle/Super U)... The house has a sunny garden (South West) and a barbecue. It is very well connected to the hyper center thanks to the Tram1 or Bus C1 (15/20 mn journey). It is perfect for a long or short stay to enjoy our beautiful city of Nantes and its surroundings, while being quiet.

Grande maison pouvant accueillir notre groupe de 9 adultes dans 6 chambres pendant la semaine de la Saint-Sylvestre.Proche d'une station de tram (gratuit le week-end), donc facilement accessible.On a apprécié le calme, les espaces, les 2 salles de bain et les 3 WC.Vu le temps froid, on n'a pas profité du jardin.
