"The location of the property to what we wanted to do was excellent. Room was brilliant excellent hosts breakfast was hot and well presented. The owners couldn’t do enough for you. They took our cases to the room
And brought them to our car. Would 100 per cent recommend this establishment."

Only slight problem is it couldn't be more in the centre of Rhayader. Its not a big place but the pub opposite had a live band playing LOUD until after midnight."
"The Metropole is a reminder of the glory days of Llandrindod, a big Victorian hotel that has changed little over the years. The food is generally good and plentiful and the service is very good. The spa is worth a visit, the facilities are very good, especially the pool area. The hotel is starting to look a little shabby again, but is clean and tidy. We have been staying here for years and will come back again. "

We had a swim in the Spa pool which was a wonderful experience. We ate in the Brasserie and enjoyed delicious food and service. Breakfast was also delicious and had a good selection of hot and cold food. I would definitely recommend a stay."
