Beautiful House Minutes from Town, on Bike Path

Our quiet, comfortable house is within an easy walk to restaurants, shops, in-town attractions, and steps away from the Loines Observatory. Our house is on the bike path - a short cycle to beaches, Bartlett's Farm, Cisco Brewery, and other points of interest. Our house features wonderful, bright open living space, indoor and outdoor dining for 8, a fully-equipped kitchen, central heating/AC, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The very private patio is gated, creating a safe space for little wanderers.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the stunning “Milk Money”! The owner could not have been more accommodating or helpful. 10/10! He really went the extra mile to make our stay special and was delightful to deal with. The property itself is immaculate and in a GREAT location, close to everything. Can’t wait to go back!!! Beautiful home in a convenient location just outside of Main Street. We were able to walk from the ferry to the house with suitcases in tow. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Location was great - a short 15 walk to town or a quick bike ride. Close to shopping, food and beaches. We would stay there again!

Great stay for thanksgiving!

We had a lovely stay at this property for three nights over the long thanksgiving weekend. Great location with a very easy walk to town. House is beautiful with everything you need. Plenty of space for everyone and the common area on the second floor is fantastic. We especially appreciated the quick communication from our hosts. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home with wide open living spaces that are nicely appointed. Right on a bike trail and close to the action in Nantucket and the rest of the island. Owner is very attentive as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Milk Money! The house was perfect for our family! It was a nice walk to town, the outdoor space was great for a morning cup of coffee and we loved the kitchen and living space. We hope to visit again in the future!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Nantucket!

This house exceeded all our expectations! Great location, great backyard, great bedrooms, comfortable living room and amazing kitchen (has everything you'd need). Perfect spot to get anywhere on the island quickly and not far from downtown. On top of that, Mark was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely consider staying here again.

Daffy Days on Nantucket

For years now the women in my family have gathered annually ion Nantucket for the Daffodil Festival. This year since our numbers have grown to 6, we decided to get a house instead of staying at a B & B. We were so happy with your property. The house was beautiful and decorated with such comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. We had a great time!

“Milk Money” is a great home in an excellent location close to everything we love on ACK. Mark was super responsive and helped make our stay comfortable and easy. The home has everything needed for a day at the beach and as well as an amply stocked kitchen suitable for cooking meals at home.
