"The signage within the airport is not good and finding our way to the Tribe was hard, but it’s worth the effort. New and stylish in an efficient way. We had better Italian food there than we got later in Venice. Highly recommended. "

"Stayed here for 2nd time, made sure a kingsize bed as a double was too small last time. Staff always friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded to canal side room which was very warm , had a fan in there which a well needed. "

"First time staying at this hotel and we were very pleased with the standard. Great location to terminal 2, just across the road from arrivals. The rooms were very nice and spacious with a sitting area and small table. Comfy bed, nespresso coffee machine, walk-in shower, couldn’t fault the facilities at all. "

"Sorry found the pool area too hot and very noisy from the water jets on and the acoustics. It would have been nice to have an outdoor area by the pool with sun loungers. All the staff are so polite and well-trained, and this seems to be across the group. You should all be very proud of this, and we will be back."

"Absolutely loved this hotel to stay they had everything we needed and would return! Lovely location Food from the palm was stunning! And the bar staff made me cocktails that wasn’t on the menu! Only con was that a loud fan come on in the night and woke us up and on the tables near the pond from the bar is that they wasn’t maintained glasses weren’t maintained and bird poo/ cobwebs all over the tables. Just needed a quick clean! But overall was an amazing stay! "
