"Not really impressed with the hotel "

"Clean room, friendly staff and good grab and go breakfast "

"Breakfast was really not good. Quite literally no food at all when we went down. One member of staff on refill but bringing only one thing at a time. We were told by someone else that two staff had called in sick, but noine from the hotel came to tell us anything. Ultimately we did get food and Hilton extended our checkout, but had we been more rushed this could have been a disaster. "

"Lovely stay. Excellent gym and pool facilities. Lovely clean room. I would say the squeaky floorboards are a bit of an annoyance when there are people above you as it is very loud. Also not sure if there was limited staff at breakfast but there was a lot of waiting around for plates, bowls, food, teabags, all of which kept running out as soon as they were replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay though...the facilities definitely made it for us"

"My room was accessed by another guest whilst I was in the shower. They were given the same room key and came into my room. Single traveler and having someone come in your room is beyond unacceptable."
