  • Villa RayEl was inspired by the farmhouses and small villas of Italy.

    This rustic property sits on 2 acres providing great privacy. It sits next to a year-round creek with a view of a vineyard and nightly sunsets. It has a pool and an attached hot tub and several outdoor living spaces.

    Located 5 minutes off Highway 29, 8 minutes to Downtown Napa and 8 minutes to Yountville. It is convenient to great wineries, restaurants.

    Take an afternoon swim in the 40 foot private pool, relax in the hot tub under the stars, create great food in the fully equipped kitchen, or lounge on the terrace overlooking the creek and vineyard with a good book and a glass of wine.

    This is the perfect house to gather with friends or family!

Great location and the surrounding scenery is amazing. This would be the perfect place to come back to and relax after wine tasting. Both outside and inside were inviting and enjoyable.

The house was well maintained and stocked. We did come in cooler weather so it took a while for the house and hot tub to warm up. It’s a great set up for a large group of people. The beds were comfortable. The amenities such as washer/dryer, hairdryers, and blankets. Will try to come back again!

Family wine trip

House was as advertised, great location, very charming, and comfortable for our group of 6 adults. Pool and hot tub were highlights as well as the fully stocked kitchen, Two outdoor dinning areas were used each night for dinner! We recommend this property!

California Family Wedding Vacation

The house was wonderful! We were close to everything Napa but sitting on the back porch and looking out at the beautiful scenery behind the house felt like we were "away". We went to wineries, grocery store, restaurants and downtown Napa from here. We would love to stay here again!

Convenient Hideaway

A very well kept home conveniently located just minutes away from everything Napa. Located on the outskirts of a central neighborhood that provided immediate access to hwy 29, yet surprisingly secluded from the neighborhood with a stream and views of a vineyard along the entire back side of the property. The villa home is very spacious, with a very clean and comfy presentation. The fireplace and jacuzzi were perfect for the cool evenings.

Fantastic getaway

The property was even better in person! Conveniently located, but felt like you were secluded. It was perfect for our party of 6 (3 couples) with enough privacy and the communal rooms were just the right size for gathering. The grounds were immaculate, the view from the upper deck (with al fresco dining) was gorgeous, and the kitchen was extremely organized and well stocked. They thought of every detail for your stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we cant wait to come back!

A Perfect Four Days

We had an absolutely fabulous time staying at Villa RayEl! The house is truly amazing, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for our family! The highlight was definitely the pool, which was amazing. We were in town for a wedding at Stanly Ranch, and the location of the villa was ideal, making it easy to attend the festivities while also enjoying some downtime. We loved everything about this house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Napa!

LOVELY ITALIAN VILLA

MY DREAM HAS ALWAYS BEEN TO TRAVEL TO ITALY-THIS WAS A MILLION TIMES BETTER AND ONLY A FEW HOURS AWAY !! MY GROWN CHILDREN AND I HAD 3 DAYS FILLED WITH SUNSHINE, FUN BY THE POOL AND COOKING TOGETHER. THE VIEWS ARE BEYOND WORDS AND THE VILLA IS PRESENTED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED . THE OUTDOORS DINNING AREAS WERE WONDERFUL FOR OUR LATE WARM SUMMER NIGHT DINNERS. Thanksgiving in Napa

My wife and I stayed at this property over Thanksgiving (Sun-Sun) with our two adult children and their spouses. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, we took the upstairs, the kids the downstairs. Mark, the owner, and Julie, the property manager, answered our questions and were very helpful before and after the booking process. The kids needed to work remotely before Thanksgiving so we were pleased with the solid internet connection. We liked the ability to park three cars easily in the driveway, and while the location feels remote and very private, it is actually minutes from downtown Napa. The place was clean and well appointed, especially the kitchen, which made preparing our Thanksgiving dinner that much easier. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay again.
