Amazing stay!

Lovely stay at a beautiful condo! Everything we needed was supplied, outdoor space was beautifully maintained. Pool and beach access were a great plus too!

Wonderful location and condo!

C3 is a great place, everything you need to make meals and enjoy the beach. Very close to great beaches like Napoli and Kapalua etc. Had great communication with the property to answer questions etc. Will definitely recommend!

Loved the property. The staff managing the property was v friendly and helpful. The balconies were amazing. We enjoyed breakfast in the balconies everyday. The house was cleans nd furnished with quality stuff. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful Time

We really enjoyed this space. The location is wonderful, peaceful and quiet. The kitchen had all the necessary things to make a few meals and enjoy the patio. The beach was great for snorkeling and swimming and we saw turtles and each day. The pool was so warm it was great after a long day. We had great breakfasts at AA Roots and recommend eating there. 808 Deli in Kihei was another awesome place. We would definitely come come. Thank you!

Amazing!

I have stayed in Kahana Sunset before and this spot is far the best! It’s clean/updated when compared to other units in Kahana Sunset. The place is close to the Pool and BBQ and of course the ocean. Jill and here team were very helpful and responsive! I would definitely stay here again!

Nice quiet complex with great beach

We very much enjoyed our stay and the service/communication with owner/manager was great. Nice quiet property with a warm pool in a nice courtyard and very easy access to a quiet beach with good snorkeling. We saw turtles many times at the beach at this condo. Good amenities, no snorkel equipment or beach chairs but there are lounge chairs by the pool and towels provided. Overall a wonderful stay and loved watching the sunset from the deck

Wonderful condo and property!

We loved our stay! The property and condo were amazing! The landscaping on the property is a tropical garden setting. The beach is fantastic with turtles all over. We were able to cook in the well equipped kitchen and dine on the patio! The unit was supplied with a pack and play crib and a table top booster seat and tray. Thank you!

Great Retreat!

What a beautiful spot! The condo was clean, large, two balancies! We used the pool, BBQ's and beach, all of which have a view of the ocean! The beach is small, but during our stay the maximum number of groups on the beach at a given time was 3! We snorkeled right off the beach and say multiple turtles who seem to live in the cove. No crowds, very quiet and private! We would definiately stay again!

Very nicely updated, great location and well stocked!

We really enjoyed this condo. The interior has been updated nicely, and the air conditioning worked well. This is by far the best stocked kitchen I have ever encountered in a rental. We like to eat healthy and cook for ourselves while traveling, and this kitchen was great. We had storage wear, a blender, a hand juicer, etc. The beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the outdoor grills and the fact that we had our own small beach to hang out at the end of the day. This is a great spot for families traveling with older kids!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property grounds were clean and beautiful. The beach is really nice and the pool is clean. The condo was updated nicely and clean for the most part. The carpet on the stairs is really dirty and the stove could use a good cleaning. It had a really bad musty smell. Tried the air exchangers but didn’t help. We washed our clothes three times to get the small out when we got home. AC was nice to have as well as a close parking spot.

Nice place to stay

The listing was as described, clean and nice location. Our only issue was there were not enough plates, nice to have dishwasher but we had to continuously hand wash plates. In ad pictures shows a Maui gift basket on counter with coffee, cookies, etc... you do not get this but thankfully coffee shop within walking distance. If you have someone sleeping on main floor know it is noisy, our neighbors beeped their car horns all hours of the day and night and talk loudly outside the louvered door, this is not owner issue, all windows and doors in Hawaii are primarily louvered. So be considerate of neighbors and push the door lock button inside the vehicle! We had a great time and so glad it was a short drive to Lahaina, our favorite town.

Lovely condo in fantastic location!

This property exceeded our expectations! My brother, sister, and I brought our mom to Maui in honor of her 90th birthday (my 20YO niece also came along). This condo provided more than enough space for all 5 of us, and was very well-stocked with both kitchen and beach supplies! It was so nice to have a cooler and beach chairs/umbrella to take to Maui's beautiful beaches (though the small on-site beach is also great, with sea turtles and good snorkeling off the right side rocks/coral). The location is close to other West Maui sights (e.g., Lahaina and Kaanapali), but away from all the crowds/noise in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We all *highly* recommend this condo. Check-in was simple and smooth. The grounds, pool, and beach are all beautiful and inviting. Having 2 lanais with gorgeous views is an additional bonus. Note that both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs (and my mom sprained her ankle scrambling down the rocky path at the black sand beach), but there are handrails to help maneuver the staircase (with ice and Advil, she managed very well and still says that short hike/injury was worth the view 😉). Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful slice of paradise with us!

KS C3 Was A Great Place To Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'll start with the rental management team. They were excellent and very communicative. I would absolutely use them again in the future.We have stayed at 4 condos in KS. This condo was by far the most well appointed condo of the group. Clean and literally had everything needed for a great stay! Plenty of chairs, coolers, and beach stuff in the storage room.The building is C-3. We've been in E and A buildings as well. They all have their plus and minuses. Parking very convenient and close.Property has always been well maintained and its a great low key spot for a couple or families. Pool and access to the ocean, grounds very lush and green with lawn chairs. Lots of BBQs, I've never run into a lineup. Only quirk is they auto close the gas to them after dark (I think around 9), so dont come back late from the beach and think you will get to cook some food on the grill. Pool also closes fairly early.Winter months swells are substantial. This bay has suffered tremendous erosion over the years that have impacted the homes as well as building F at KS. Of the 14 days there, we probably had 3 maybe 4 with clear and calm enough water for snorkling in the bay. When its available, its absolutely amazing! Just be prepared to hop in the car if you are looking for a beach day and waves with less energy than what can pund this little complex in the winter.Our stays in West Maui are in the double digits over the years, its our vacation speed. Laid back, not as touristy, and amazing places to visit just minutes away. Location close to many beach options or a quick stop at the market square for food,coffee, groceries.The devastating fire's impact is indescribable on the great people of Maui.We chose to show local support by spending money into their economy, tip well, and volunteering.Post FEMA government housing plans have taken too long and there is pressure on rental owners.Mayor has even threatened moratorium.Some may judge you for being there.Recover

Beautiful place. Loved the porch area with ocean view and the proximity to the beach. We got to see manarays in the beach first day we were there. Sunset was amazing too! Second day we got tsunami warning but property is 20m above water so after 7:30pm we returned to property from higher grounds. Checkin was simple; checkout too.

Fantastic Family Spot

We travel a ton -- I'll give my kids credit for being good travelers at ages 13 & 12. Lots of experience in hotels, etc. However, this place was absolutely the way to go. We had to delay our anniversary trip several years because of Covid, the after effects, and then even the fires. But we always wanted to come back and decided to bring the kiddos along.This place had it all for us. No idea why, but it just wasn't that buy at the resort. I'd estimate 30% full? We are not early risers, and still we were usually the first ones out in the morning (poolside, beach, laying out). Even during the day, it just wasn't that busy which was amazing. We were still relatively active and bounced around the island, but parking is easy. The place is great for R&R to charge up between your day trips. The little Napili market is an EASY walk that we made almost daily. We Turo'd from the airport, grabbed some supplies at the Wal-mart nearby like drinks in bulk. But on the daily, the little market (or even Safeway) were nearby. Probably hit Whaler's Village about 3 times because it's just so convenient. BTW, if you're considering the road to Hana and are hesitant because of this location, don't be. We were first-timers and made the drive easily. In fact, it felt like we were maybe 30 minutes ahead of every tour behind us at our stops. We left around 5:30am and it was a breeze. Long day sure -- but not that hard.Washer/dryer were greatly appreciated and worked perfect for us.

This is what it felt like for us...like a private cove. So calm. Even saw a turtle. People are chill here.

Spent a few lazy afternoons here recharging. Ample shade options too.

Maui Vacation

We had a lot of fun! The sunsets were amazing, not much beach to play on with the big waves. Kids loved the swimming pool. A beautiful yard! The location was great near a lot of beautiful beaches and things to do.
