Ocean Front Napili Point C20 Amazing View A/C Freshly Remodeled for 2025!

We recently made some major upgrades in late 2024 to the condo including all new tile flooring throughout the unit along with completely remodeled bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs. All new real wood cabinets, granite countertops, mirrors and lighting. Previously in 2023 new mattresses and bedding, kitchen supplies and small appliances, décor, bathroom towels, and much more! Also recently installed are outdoor solar blinds to control temperature and light. We have also upgraded to a new kitchen sink, cabinet doors, and painted the entire unit! Lastly, teak wood high bar style table and four chairs for the lanai.

ABOUT OUR UNIT
Our condo has an ocean front view from its private lanai, and from the living room, kitchen, and upstairs bedroom. Sit on the balcony, watch the sea turtles and whales, enjoy the breathtaking views, sunsets, rainbows, and relax! The snorkeling here is excellent! Many guests have commented that the snorkeling is the best part about staying here.

BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are about the same size and each have their own bathroom. The upstairs bedroom (loft style) has a king size bed, a TV with cable and spectacular views. The downstairs bedroom has two brand new twin beds and a TV with cable. We recently bought all new bedding including linens, a down alternative comforter, and pillows. Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms and the living room.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, conventional oven and stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. In addition, we supply a variety of drinking glasses, wine glasses, dishes and bowls, bakeware, mixing bowls, pots and pans, and cooking/BBQ utensils.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a sofa/bed and love seat, and a wall mounted 58" plasma HDTV and a DVD player.

BALCONY
The lanai has a lounge, new beautiful high bar style teak table, and four chairs. From the lanai, you can view the turtles and sometimes dolphins (and whales in season!)

ABOUT THE RESORT
The resort is a low rise, ocean front condominium resort located directly on the ocean and Honokeana Cove. The resort is located a few miles North of Lahaina and Kaanapali and just south of Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay. There is excellent snorkeling at the resort (Honokeana Cove).

Snorkeling is also good at Kapalua and Napili Bays, with-in easy walking distance. Golf and tennis are available at the Kapalua Resort. The Kapalua West Maui Airport is less than five minutes away. Kahului Airport is about a 50 minute drive.

The resort has two swimming pools, with nearby outdoor barbecue grills (both gas and charcoal), and picnic tables. Next door are two restaurants. At Napili Bay and at Kapalua there are several more excellent restaurants.

ABOUT THE BEACH
The beautiful Napili Bay white sand beach is just a short walk (about 150 yards) along an ocean front path. The beach is uncrowded and good for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. It is usually fairly calm as in the picture, but can get large waves in season. There is a very nice beach front restaurant at the end of the beach. It services breakfast, lunch and dinner.

You can use the A/C, or if you prefer there is a great breeze that blows through the unit with the windows open in the front and rear, with ceiling fans in all the rooms it is very comfortable. There is also an adjustable automatic solar shade on the balcony which will block 90% of sun entering the unit in the afternoon if you choose to have it down.

STATE TAX: Rates do not include Hawaii room tax of 17.42%,

OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 6 people

PARKING: There is no parking fee. Each vehicle is required to have a parking pass. You can get a parking pass at the front desk upon your arrival.

SMOKING: This is a non smoking unit. In accordance with HawaII State Law, smoking is not permitted anywhere at Napili Point except for three designated outside areas.

We stayed for 8 days at this amazing property. It is well maintained and has a fully equipped kitchen for any cooking you plan on doing. A/C units to keep the unit cool. Gorgeous views of the bay which we also snorkeled in. Just be careful upon entering the water, it can be difficult. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The check in process was perfect and the location is the best in BCN. Nothing like sitting out on the balcony looking at Casa Batllo. We loved how central the apartment was and two elevators made it effortless. I would definitely stay again!

Saw 10x more turtles swimming right off the reef in front of the property than during a dedicated snorkel tour. Great location to just swim. Also, whales were out this time of year! Got to see them breach and swim about a mile or two offshore while eating breakfast on the lanai.

The views from the condo were beautiful, excellent snorkeling right outside your door. Bathrooms were a little dated and could hear neighbors pretty easily, but overall the location was great, close to Ka’anapali beach and lots of restaurants. The views can’t be beat!

We really enjoyed our second stay in C20. Every morning you can see 5 to 7 turtles, and snorkeling in the bay right beneath the apartment is excellent. And if it rains, you get to see lots of rainbows.

This place was great. Location was fantastic, owner was super communicative, and the house was in pretty good condition. Only things I would suggest would be fixing the broken door to the washer and dryer and getting blinds for the upper windows so the people sleeping up top don't get blinded by the sun in the morning. Other than that this place was wonderful and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for having us!

We loved the location and the access to that amazing bay with the turtles. We spotted them every day from the patio and while snorkeling. Our teenagers were impressed with the condo. Our only issue was a bed too firm, but some people like that. Walking distance from two amazing snorkeling bays. Paradise.

Despite bumpy check in, rest of stay went well. Condo was not cleaned until 8 pm day of check in. At the time, was not able to get a hold of cleaning crew but luckily able to get a hold of owner. For the trouble, Nick offered a $200 refund which was greatly appreciated. Great location, over looking bay and close to Napili beach. If you can access bay (during calm waters), definitely worth it to see plenty of sea turtles. Condo was clean but highlight was the view. Pleasant stay overall.

Light and bright with high ceilings and an amazing view. Walk to the best snorkeling on the island. Watch the sea turtles from the patio... Wonderful! Only negative would be it wasn't very clean... grease on stove and hair on bathroom floors and not enough toilet paper or bath soap, I asked for enough to last the week for a family of 4 and was told we need to purchase at store. Otherwise all was great. We aren't neat freaks so enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed for 5 nights a family of 4 including me, my husband & two teen boys. It was perfect. The best part was definitely the open view to watch the ocean, surfers and the sunset each day. I literally would wake up from the loft and open my eyes to the ocean view. Just amazing!! Napili beach is about a 10 minute walk to reach and was perfect for boogie boarding and there is a great restaurant there too. We were all comfortable- our teens had their room with a TV also for their own space in the evenings. It has everything to cook meals although we did that only twice so we could try the amazing local food. There was a small grocery store half mile away which was also convenient. I highly recommend this place!!

This condo was just what we were hoping for! The views from the balcony are incredible, the complex is quiet and private and the condo is well equipped and comfortable. There were 3 of us and we had plenty of space. We watched whales and turtles from the balcony and walked to a beautiful beach that is just up the street. Location makes it easy to get to Kaanapali and Lahaina. Definitely rent a car so you can explore all Maui has to offer. The condo had beach gear, a well equipped kitchen, two TVs, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Nick was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The check in process was quick and easy. Overall the experience was great and I would highly recommend this rental!

We had a fantastic stay at c-20 in Napili Point. You absolutely cannot beat the location. The kids loved the pools and snorkeling with the turtles. The Condo was adequate for what we needed. The decor was a little drab and there were minor cosmetic details that I was surprised about since the unit was updated recently I thought. However, we weren't there to stare at the inside of the unit so it was no big deal. The unit was clean upon arrival and having the washer and dryer was extremely handy. We got great use out of the snorkel equipment and boogie boards that the unit had stored away. One recommendation. Check in with the office to register your car. We were never told to do so and almost got ticketed and towed. Also the phone was not working, however we didn't need it. All in all a fantastic stay!

Right from the start, communication with Nick was great. He was prompt in returning emails when we had questions. The check-in was super simple! The views from this condo are absolutely stunning!!! We had breakfast each morning on the lanai or took a short walk around to the yummy Gazebo restaurant for breakfast (get there before it open!) We snorkeled in the bay, watched whales from our lanai, and took a short walk around the corner to Napili beach, which is also great for snorkeling, swimming, catchin' rays and even body boarding and SUP's. It is a short drive to Lahaina and Whalers Village, for shopping, restaurants, a board walk, and great beaches!! This location and price, was amazing!! The only thing that was a "Con" was the cleanliness (which was not bad- but it wasn't good eaither) and it could be updated. All in all, with this location and views, nothing else mattered!!! Thanks Nick for a great 10 days in paradise - we will be back!

The location of this unit is amazing. The views are just as good, if not better, than the photos show. Check-in was super easy, Nick was very flexible. Unit had everything you could want, including beach chairs and boogey boards-the beach umbrella was broken so we bought one and left it. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I was very nervous about the lack of A/C but we really didn’t need it. A couple of the afternoons were warm but opening up the windows provided a great breeze, there wasn’t any direct sun into the condo, there’s a solar shade, and there are plenty of fans. The kitchen is nicely updated. The only thing to know going in is that the bathrooms are not updated. It’s Hawaii - I’m sure it would cost a small fortune to update them, and they are completely sufficient - just realize that going in. I thought the unit was a great value, great location, and we would happily stay here again.

Condo was perfect! One of the best views I’ve ever seen. Woke up every morning to ocean waves and lots of turtles swimming around. If you love snorkeling this place if for you. You can literally just walk down to the ocean and swim with them if you like. The sunsets was the best. No need to go out to dinner. We just grilled below and ate our meals on the balcony watching the sun go down. As far as the house. It was clean, spacious, lots of amenities, and lots of sun light. If your not a big fan of waking up to a bright room I’d recommend not sleeping on the loft. The bedroom is a lot darker and quieter. The loft you will wake up to bright light and loud ocean waves which I really enjoyed. It was the perfect noise to sleep to. Everything is a walk away. From restaurants to beaches and even Napili Market for groceries. We never really needed to use our car except to drive from and to the airport. And maybe to Whalers Village. I highly recommend this condo to everyone that wants to experience “Hawaii”. Aloha!

Pros - This property is in one of the best locations. Overlooks a bay with amazing snorkeling that has turtles constantly popping up and is close to the equally great Napili beach that is great for families as waves are not strong. Nearby is also a market, a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop. There is close parking to the unit and the complex has two small pools for use. Check in is easy and there is a quick response to any communication. Cons - cleanliness. We encountered pink mold behind the door in the downstairs bathroom and met a cockroach in unit. Also all of the switch plates could use a good scrub. A broom was in the unit for us to sweep but it was pretty gross looking and needs replacing. Out dated and worn bathrooms - Both bathrooms could use a lift. Downstairs bathroom either tub isn’t cleaned well or has build up that won’t come off. Upstairs shower kind of smells and the cabinets are worn. In addition the fans in both bathrooms are so loud, I just left the door open and showered with a light from outside on. Don’t plan to use either lights while anyone is sleeping in the unit. Kitchen sink - not quite sure what the design flaw is but it’s impossible to do dishes without getting water on the floor as evidence by the water damage on the cabinet in front of the sink. This was really annoying to constantly be stepping in water.
