Top Napili Hotel Reviews

Oceanfront Turtle Cove Villa, Napili. Spectacular views. 5BR+Loft, Sleeps 10 A/C

10/10 Excellent

"We had 4 couples staying in this beautiful home with glass doors that opened up the whole wall on both sides of the living room. The tradewinds blowing through the house, along with the sounds of the waves crashing on the Tidepools was exactly what our hearts needed. We ate most of our meals on the large patio overlooking the water. Each couple had a private bedroom and bathroom. The home is in need of some updates, but that did not keep us from having a great time in it!"

Napili Village Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We absolutely LOVED the Napili Village Hotel. The check-in process was very easy as I was nervous because the office was closed the day we checked in but they have an amazing system for after hours check ins and were able to navigate the property and to our room easily. Although we could not see the ocean as much as we had hoped, Napili Bay/Beach was accessible through the back alley which we loved. We explored a few beaches throughout our trip and we found that one the most serine and beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly and ensured we had enough towels and linens for our stay. I loved that they had a “give what you can, take what you need” in the laundry room, so we donated some items we wouldn’t be able to take back home with us! Thank you so much for giving us such an amazing experience!"

The Mauian - Boutique Beach Studios on Napili Bay

10/10 Excellent

"Loved that they had the basic necessities for the beach, the beach was almost private, and had the most surreal sunsets. They had beach towels and chairs. The room was clean. They promised breakfast but didn’t have that which was disappointing. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work which was annoying. The staff was very nice, Overall a great experience!"

Legendary Estate 50 Steps to Maui’s Best Beach! New! 5 Bedroom, Pool With Slide!

10/10 Excellent

"Nice clean property laid out nicely to accommodate our group of 14. Great location very convenient to the beach. The pool was great, the kids enjoyed the slide. We were there in September and the pool temperature was great without the need for heating. The bedroom and bath room configuration was a bit of a problem for us as one bedroom upstairs is without a bathroom and it needs to share with the downstairs bathroom. other than that, the property was great and we had fun."

Maui Vacation Home w/Dazzling Oceanfront Views Honu Hale (Turtle House)

8/10 Good

"Property was described as 6 bedrooms. 4 with king beds, 1 with a queen and One with a king and a queen bed. The room described with both a king and queen had only one king and a twin pull out sofa bed. No linens were available for that bed. There was a second twin pull out in a hallway both too small for my tall grandchildren. Management company brought over an inflatable mattress we were unable to use as power went out from hurricane. They also brought 1 sheet and one pillowcase only. They were left in the entry way but no contact was made with us. Also second floor shower which overhangs first floor bathroom had a very bad leak. It obviously had been leaking quite awhile as paint and drywall were damaged. We felt it was a potentially dangerous as it could collapse into bathroom below. Management just said they would notify maintenance. We stopped using it. I asked management company for a discount because of the inaccurate description. He told me that wasn’t his department. Even though the hurricane was not your responsibility the fact that location is subject to power outages there should have been some candles, or flashlights available for us to use. When I called management to ask if there were any anywhere in the house I was told he would check with housekeeping and call me back, which he never did. This is my first experience with VRBO and it was most disappointing to have been mislead regarding room/bed descriptions, and to have one bathroom we couldn’t use"

The #1 Vacation Rental on Maui!! Steps to Maui's Best Beach! Pickle Ball Ct!

10/10 Excellent

"The house was well designed for a large family. The location was very convenient. The pickleball court is not really useable for full play because it is tucked into a small area. However there are some nice courts a few minutes away in a public park that we enjoyed."
