Just steps to the breathtaking beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a short stroll to the famous Naples Pier (currently under construction), sunsets and Third Street South restaurants and shopping. Our residence affords you the easiest access to all the amenities that Old Naples offers - comfort, location and a beautiful pool. What more is there! Multi-million-dollar homes surround this quiet, restful spot in the heart of where Naples originated. Unpack your bags and head for the beach just across the street. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and small cooler. Or walk one block to Third Street South, Naples' destination venue for fine dining or casual eateries. This is a very comfortable condo. Perfect for the 4 of us. The location was the biggest plus. A block from the beach and a block from the shops and restaurants. Perfect for a short getaway. Would definitely book again.

Great location!

Perfect location in Old Naples. A block from the beach and a block from the shopping and dining area. It is about a 20 minute walk to 5th Avenue shopping and dining as well. Accommodations were extremely clean. Easy offstreet parking. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Great location

Spring break with my wife and 2 early teens, the place was the perfect size and well kept. Close to downtown and a block of the beach. Very convenient and we enjoyed our stay. Host was awesome to work with. Would highly recommend.

Perfect location

Cute little 2 bedroom condo - the pictures are accurate: only downside - no balcony. But the key to this place is the location: 1.5 blocks to the ocean and 1.5 blocks to 3rd Street South in Naples with all its shops and exceptional restaurants. We really enjoyed it.

Last family spring break

We came to Naples for our final family spring break as our youngest will be off to university next year. All she wanted was to be on the beach, find some fun restaurants and shopping. Naples hits all the marks and this VRBO location put us literally steps from it all! Could not have asked for a better location. The place itself is not fancy but it is cute and met all our needs. We could not have been happier with our stay . Communication was clear and quick. Price was fair. Property was clean and provided what we needed and the area was safe and beautiful ! Thank you for a great stay.

Great stay!

This was a great place to explore Naples and enjoy the beach. We loved being able to go to delicious restaurants a few minutes away and also be on the beach. Barely used our car! Property was clean and had beach chairs/umbrella/towels that we used. There was some construction happening in the complex but it didn’t impact our stay. Would love to come back!

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed the location of this condo. Walked everywhere. The condo is small, but very practical. It had everything we needed. The communication with the property manager was great. Denise made sure to accommodate our requests. Our kid enjoyed the swimming pool in the complex. The description of the condo is accurate. The beds were comfortable, the car parking space was super helpful, and the property was clean.

Naples Condo

We had a wonderful time. The condo was a cute beach themed 2 bedroom. We were I block away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Close to shopping on 3 rd ave and great restaurants. The power went out and Denise, the property manager took fast action and had us up and running. She checked on us during our stay and was so nice to talk to. The pool was also warm and wonderful. All in all I highly recommend this cute beach condo in the heart of Naples.

Thanksgiving getaway

Overall we had a great stay! The location is perfect for beach, shopping, & restaurants. And in a gorgeous neighborhood! The condo was decorated nicely and clean. Unfortunately the pool heater and elevator were both broken due to the recent hurricanes. My dad has problems with stairs so this made it challenging! And the pool was quite cold! We purposely booked here based on the elevator, and unfortunately we were not informed until a few days prior to arrival on both of these non-working features that were included in the description. But as far as other communication they were great for check ins and departure.

Prime Location

Cute little beachy condo, nicely renovated and very clean. Prime location across the street from the beach. Also walkable to Olde Naples restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!
