Interior: Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Master suite features king bed, 42" TV, en suite bath, walk-in closet, and direct pool access. Second bedroom has queen bed, third has double. Den includes 50" TV with pull-out sofa. Dedicated workspace with complimentary WiFi. Open dining area seats 8. This is a non-smoking/non-vaping property and this policy applies to interior, patio and lanai. No candles allowed inside or outside of house.
During the winter season from November to April, bookings will only be accepted on a weekend-to-weekend basis and for a minimum of 7 nights.
We do not charge an upfront Security Damage Deposit - however please note that any damages incurred by the guest will be billed to your account.
