This is a good location with train station and many restaurants nearby but a bit difficult to find - Many street names are missing and there is no big sign for the hotel. Building is kinda old with a big flight of stairs to walk up with your bags. However, the room was very nice & spacious with a balcony. It was well-modernized with all in working condition - In-room breakfast was nice to have. Check-in & Check-out process were easy and quick - overall, a good experience!

It's one of my favorite B&Bs in Napoli. Comfortable room with all the amenities, always clean, spacious bathroom and a balcony. It's in a quiet neighborhood, close to Napoli Centrale and one of the main avenues in Napoli, Corso Umberto I. The host Roberta, is always attentive and answering to all messages. Gracie!

The owner Roberta and the lady maintaining the rooms were helpful.and the coffe machine in the room was a big plus.The room was very clean,but the shower ran cold quickly. Other than tbat Ok.

We requested late check in a couple months before our stay. The Thursday before we were sent a message asking for the time we’d be there which was after the check in time in which we responded with a time frame when we would arrive. They did not respond to this. On arrival we could not contact the b&b and were stuck without accommodations in the evening of arrival. I sent a follow up message the next day with no message back. Would not recommend this place if you want a reliable accommodation.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Todos los días limpian la habitación y reponen el desayuno que consiste en leche, zumo, cereales y bollería industrial que te dejan en la habitación. La ubicación es muy céntrica (justo al lado de la estación central de tren) pero el edificio no está en las mejores condiciones y el acceso es difícil por una escalera muy estrecha y empinada. El dueño es muy atento, tuvimos un problema en el baño y lo resolvieron ese mismo día incluso siendo festivo.

A Great Clean room near Napoli Centrale

I've stayed a couple of times at this Great clean room with a balcony, which is close to Napoli Centrale, shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the historic center. The hostesses are always polite and accommodating.

Ved ankomst blev vi mødt af en dame der ikke kunne andet end italiensk og meget svær at kommunikere med. Gaden var meget skummel og vi var lidt utrygge ved at gå ud om aftenen, først aften så vi en pung der var tømt for alt det lå smidt hen af gaden. Fik også at vide at der var mange sigøjnere i området.

Great, comfortable room with a balcony, near Napoli Centrale. The hostess was very attentive, with fast communication. The only drawback was that the bed matress needs replacement, as it was sinking in.

The room was clean inside, but right at the entrance there is sewage odor. The area around the building is dirty and poorly maintained. The taxi driver told us to be careful in that area, especially at night. There was "free breakfast" advertised, but there were just couple of pieces of bread and biscuit, two coffee pods, and nothing else. We are very disappointed.
