Sleeps 4. Comfortable Queen size beds in each bedroom. Get away from the cold and stay in this recently updated twin home that includes a screened porch, yard, bikes, Roku Smart TV and WIFI. Mercato new shopping area, movie, Wholefoods Market and restaurants less than 1 mile away!

Sit down and relax after spending a day exploring Naples, fishing at the Pier or laying at the beach. Charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach home that is cooled with a through the wall ac unit in the living room. Bathroom with towels and essentials. Also you will save money with the convenience of making your own meals. We offer WIFI, Roku Smart TV and a comfy couch for TV watching

Perfect place for a mini romantic getaway, family trip or a vacation by yourself. The neighborhood is really safe and quiet.

Make sure you make time to watch the sunset at the beach and check out Food and Thought for healthy food and snacks! Old Naples is a must see as well. Dolphins are usually swimming at the beach 1-2 hours before sunset!

I will only interact with guests if needed as I want to respect their privacy. However I still need to do maintenance on the property so depending on the length of stay I may need to mow the lawn or access the shed. Highly responsive to email or text. I will be in Austin, Texas on my ranch :) but you can reach me anytime!

Beware the window AC unit!

Loved the duplex, cute, although property description did not present this as a duplex, nor was access clearly marked. Window unit AC was not on when we arrived at duplex, must have been 100deg in there. Had to purchase additional fans to survive!

Never again

Property was unkempt and shabby. Furniture was falling apart, bedroom fan screeched, ripped screens in screen porch, gates on fence didn’t latch, air conditioner filter needed cleaning so gave the house a musty odor. Garbage bins outside were full & could be smelled in the house. Landscaping/fire pit area was poor. Definitely overpriced & I would not stay here again.

Cute place fir a beach getaway

House was great. The host even had bikes and beach accessories for your use! Rooms all had window ac units.. but that’s pretty common. We stayed cool.

Naples Beach House

The property was very clean and well located near beach and shopping. The house was very clean but it is an older property and the neighborhood is a mix of well maintained and updated homes and older not so nice houses. The property itself fit the bill but is not a luxury property.

Great property for our needs

Property was spotless and as advertised. Mireille was attentive to our (very few) questions and was a great host. The location was convenient to get to things and was perfectly sized for my wife and me. An outstanding experience!

It was perfect.

This property is immaculately clean, comfortable and adorable. It is also conveniently located near Trader Joe’s Publix and other great stores. I highly recommend it.

Is as advertised!

So this was one of the cleaner VRBO’s I have stayed in. Was really impressed! It is as advertised, small but perfect for 3 of us and our dog. Great area to walk and ride bikes. Easy access to beach either by car or bike. Was a great last minute getaway and would certainly come back! Had all the amenities we needed :). Also when we did have a question/issue an immediate reponse/solution was offered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mirelli’s property in Naples. While this property was small, it was comfortable for 2 people. It is very convenient to beaches and shopping. Mirelli was very responsive when contacted. I would recommend this property.
