Available NOV 2020 & APR – OCT 2021. This is a stunning Toscana Grande, 4BD + Bonus room single family home in Treviso Bay. The master bedroom has a king size bed, two additional bedrooms have queen beds, while the smallest has a twin bed. Upstairs lies an extra 600 sq foot bonus room containing an apartment kitchen, and has a queen and 2 twin beds. This home has a private pool and spa with a built in bbq grill. The TPC golf membership is available to transfer giving the tenants access to play for a discounted rate. Along with golf membership, the tenants will have access to all other amenities that Treviso Bay offers. Lagoon, lap pool, spa, salon, pool side grill, tennis, pickle ball etc.
