AVOID!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION! Despite messaging them multiple times weeks in advance, and checking in online with ID there was no one there when we arrived. We and Expedia tried to contact them for over an hour to no avail. We had been traveling 24 hours internationally and were forced to find another hotel with no notice. The accommodatation clearly isn't staffed so the listing is very misleading. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

I had some issues at checkout as I didn’t realise I needed to contact them 24 hours in advance to arrange my arrival, but that was my fault for not reading the small print. Once that was resolved I was shown to my room which lacked windows and when I asked for a different one they kindly upgraded me at no charge. The new room even had a balcony and lots more space. Very satisfied and would return.

ATTENZIONE stanze senza finestra fuori norma. Colazione al bar da 2,5€ cappuccino e brioche. Continui solleciti per carta igienica e asciugamani. Porta del bagno non si chiude e tutta gonfia dall'acqua.

Posto molto gradevole e accogliente, situato in una zona molto bella di Napoli. Gentile la ragazza Benedetta, siamo stati bene. Peccato la stanza senza finestra, ma per una notte è andata ugualmente benissimo.

Amazing, welcoming, helpful host. Right in the middle of a pedestrian street (which is a welcome relief in Napoli) and located near some amazing restaurants and shops. Clean, air-con'd, soundproof room- you just have to open the balcony to realise how noisy and hot outside is and how cool and quiet the room is. Before they cleared breakfast they knocked on my door to see if I wanted any. I was able to leave my luggage with them after I checked out and before my ferry out.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido b&B per un weekend a Napoli e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e contenti. La posizione super centrale, ci muovevamo a piedi e abbiamo raggiunto tutto con semplicità; la pulizia e il comfort delle camere, bagno spazioso; gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalitá di Benedetta, la receptionist, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Torneremo sicuramente! P.S. la colazione in camera è una chicca!

Ottima struttura posizionata in maniera strategica su via chiaia. La mia camera oltre ad avere idromassaggio si affacciava provo su questa via. Accoglienza ottima dove ci è stato dato subito un caffè e poi spiegato cosa andare a vedere a Napoli tramite una mappa, veramente molto gentili. Unico neo la stuttura all esterno e che purtroppo nn siamo riusciti ad usufruire della colazione perché il nostro volo partita presto e veniva servita in camera....peccato perché pagata. Ma ripeto esperieza piu che positiva ,consigliato

Struttura in posizione chiave vicino al centro ed alle attrazioni turistiche principali. Personale estremamente gentile e camera pulita. Colazione servita in camera vista l'assenza della sala da pranzo. Soggiorno piacevole, abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia dello staff. Consigliabile.
