I can’t say enough about how perfect this home is! It is close to everything including the beach. The home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The owner of the home was just wonderful to our family in more ways than one especially during some unexpected weather.

Very clean, nice area. Great amenities, this place had almost everything that you could think of! Cleave was super responsive on the 2 times that I contacted him. One of my contacts was to extend our stay 2 more days! Would definitely stay here again!!!

This home is amazing! We had an wonderful and relaxing experience staying in this home. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the home away from home amenities that are needed. The pool area is incredible and great for relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to get away to Naples!

Spacious rancher that was super clean & accomidating. Baby friendly! The house had baby items like a pack & play, high chair & pool float. Located about 2 miles from a beach , and plenty of stores/restaurants right there. Neighborhood felt safe, but seems to be recovering from the storm still. We would rent here again!

We (family, 2 adults, one 11yr-old) spent one week in this beautiful vacation home in Naples Park during Christmas time. It is just as described on VRBO/EVOLVE and had everything we needed. It is clean, spacious, very well-maintained and -equipped, nicely located in Naples Park in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the beach as well as local restaurants and shopping. The pool heating worked well and although temperatures dropped on a couple of days we were able to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. Communication with the property manager/owner was perfect. We would certainly come back and book it again. :-)

We absolutely loved the house! It was very clean and all the furnishings were high end. The pool water was a perfect temperature and loved that it was salt water. The outside bathroom by the pool was a plus! The bottle of wine waiting for us was so nice! Loved the Schlege keyless front door entry! I am definitely going to invest in one for my home! This home was amazing! It was extremely CLEAN and Cleve has thought of everything a renter would need....Beach towels, beach chairs, full kitchen essentials, and more! The layout is perfect because each bedroom has there own bathroom. The pool was such a luxury! Heated to the perfect temperature and saltwater was very relaxing. The patio is great for entertaining especially if you have little ones splashing around. The beach access was very easy...We parked at Delnor-Wiggins State Park and walked 20 feet to the beach! Beautiful beaches that were not overcrowded. Really can’t say enough great things about the house and how easy it was to stay here! Thanks again Cleve!

We booked Naples Park Retreat based on location, photographs of the property and reviews and boy were we happy we did! The pictures don't do the house true justice, the house is beautiful in a very quiet residential area, it's very spacious, modern, very well equipped with every home comfort you can think of including beach towels and chairs for visits to nearby Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. We loved the outdoor space and spent many hours lazing by and in the pool. I should also mention that dealing with Cleve has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish, we were provided with ample information on the house and the surrounding area and always knew that if we needed him for anything at all, he was only a phone call away, thanks Cleve! This is our second visit to Naples from the UK, we love it and will definitely be back.

This property was even better than expected. The pool with the lanai was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The home is located right off the main road taking you right down to Naples city center, plus two public beaches are just minutes away. Walmart is really close to pick up all of your needs for your stay. The owner has thought of everything with a very well equipped kitchen with plenty of dinnerware and glasses. There are beach chairs/umbrellas/towels, coolers, bicycles, and a cart to carry all of your things to the beach. Great extra if you come to Naples via plane. I will be using this property again and again. Thanks Cleve, you've thought of everything.
