This ground floor Condo has fantastic views over the lake towards the pool, is tastefully decorated throughout with upscale furniture, and is fully turn-key with everything you will need to enjoy a great vacation.

Please note that our association has an approvals process for rentals and guests, and we can only accept bookings with a minimum of 10 days prior to your arrival.

The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, wicker lounger, with TV etc. housed in the armoire, just open the double French doors first thing in the morning, and head out on to the lanai for breakfast.

In the evening, stroll out to the lanai to watch the sunset, or to grill a steak on the outdoor kitchen, which also has a fridge and sink to make entertaining easy. You can simply pick up a book from the collection at the condo or listen to some of the CD’s, and relax.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you will need from a blender and mixer to coffee grinder and toaster, its a real home from home.

Internet connection is included in the rental price, with a broadband Ethernet connection in the kitchen, and secure private WIFI throughout the condo, letting you keep up to date with news from home. Flat screen TV in living room, kitchen and Guest bedroom. ROKU streamers in both Kitchen and Guest bedroom. We provide Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+ and Live TV via a paid for Hulu Subscription.

The Guest bedroom and separate Guest bathroom makes this condo ideal for couples and families alike.

Both bathrooms have been recently remodelled with marble and granite finishes.

All linen is supplied, and there are beach towels, parasols, beach chairs, cool boxes and pool toys for you to enjoy. The condo has a separate laundry room, with both washer, dryer and a utility sink.
