Inside, the condo has an open living and dining space, a small kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two twins as well as a desk workspace. The Mariner has a heated swimming pool and you have one assigned parking space with your unit rental. Please note, as this is a prime downtown location, there is no guest parking available, so if you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to locate street parking nearby. If you are seeking a cute and comfortable retreat just steps from the beach, you have found it at Mariner 218!

Please be advised that the pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance from mid-October through the end of November. During this period, guests may experience more noise than usual around the area.
