The Blue Pearl - A Brand New completely renovated Upscale Vacation Rental with a spectacular glass tile, oversized heated pool and spa and completely fenced in back yard! Once you are here you will not want to leave.

This pristine home offers a a beautiful Master King Bedroom with a walk-in closet, private master bathroom with dual sinks and separate door directly to the pool. It features a guest room with a Queen Bed and a second guest room with 2 Twin Beds perfect for families, kids and friends. In addition the Living room is equipped with a high-end sleeper sofa thus accommodating up to 8 people comfortably.

The Blue Pearl has a fully stocked Brand New Kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and high-end bar chairs for direct dining. The Living room features a contemporary dining and living room area with a huge new LED TV and fireplace.... and wait until you go outside.

The entire home is fenced in for complete privacy to give you a peaceful retreat and the perfect setting to watch the sun set over this southern exposure while enjoying the large outdoor area including the immaculate heated glass tile pool and spa featuring blue night light, outdoor shower and BBQ!

Much Needed Restful Get Away!

This house has everything we needed! We were content to hang out in the wonderful pool, where it is private and quiet. The accommodations were ideal. The location was terrific to take day trips to Marco Island and Sanibel/Captiva Islands.

Family getaway

Great house for our little family getaway. House looked even better in person, was clean, and pool/hot tub well maintained. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, coffe shops and the beach. Also, all the beach essentials are available at this property for your use. Would stay here again.

Our family of 5 just stayed at the Blue Pearl, it was one of the best experiences we have had staying in a rental home! Everything you need for a family is available to you! Thomas was great with all the questions we had about the property! We would definitely recommend the Blue Pearl to any family looking to stay in Naples!

A Gem in Naples Park

This property just has everything you need for a perfect vacation and more. Location is super convenient. We loved the swimming pool. Great communication with property manager. We will definitely come back!!!

Great short stay

We came in 3 days earlier than planned and opted to stay near Vanderbilt. This location was a short bike ride away pool and hot tub were quite popular with our group! Our only recommendation is to add some more cooking, baking items and a few more towels and this is the perfect week long rental!

Nice time in Naples

Had a nice 10 days in Naples Park. Property was very clean and spacious and Thomas was very responsive and easy to work with. There was some construction on the road that was unavoidable but really didn't affect us. Thomas was on top of it and checked in with us several times nonetheless. Would stay there again

Fantastic house!

Beautiful, comfortable house with modern decor. The pool and spa were amazing! We loved how close it was to the beach. Having the bikes was really nice as we could bike around the beautiful neighborhoods and to the beach. The house was very clean. Thomas was great communicating and answering all my questions within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Blue Pearl. The home is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Beaches, stores, shopping, a park for the kids to play at, and many restaurants were all nearby. We all loved the pool, hot tub and patio area. We were surprised and relieved to find alarms (that can be turned off if not needed) on all doors out to the pool. We had three small children with us so that was nice. Thomas was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely book this home again.

Spacious and clean home!

Everything in the house was very organized light, clean, declutter and just beautifully decorated for our taste. The kitchen had all the amenities pots and utensils that we needed to cook a home. And the laundry room was also loaded with detergent and other cleaning supplies. The neighborhood was very quiet and very close to the beach. Unfortunately The beach was close due to hurricane Milton, But we are definitely coming back next summer to the Blue Pearl Home.

Awesome Quiet Home!!

This house was amazing!!! The location was excellent, being able to drive 5 minutes down the road and find all these tasty restaurants was fantastic!! The house was clean as a whistle, though you will notice the slight use of the home over its years. The property owners' communication was superb, informed us about the particular dangers and offered services! Speaking of dangers, we just happened to stay during Hurricane Helene! This home was remarkably quiet during those harsh winds and rains. You could barely hear anything! Overall, this stay was marvelous and definitely recommended! If you're thinking about booking, what are you waiting for!?

Wonderful

We booked this trip very last minute and were so lucky to find this completely renovated property at a busy time of year because it's a very popular rental. I had not stayed in this area of Naples before and the location turned out to be really great--my daughters rode the provided lovely beach bikes to Vanderbilt Beach every day, it's close proximity to lots of excellent shopping, restaurants, and just minutes from downtown too but still quiet and private. The house seems brand new inside and immaculate, fun and tastefully decorated, landscaping is well done. The pool is beautiful, private, well maintained. It's well managed, great communication, overall loved it. Many thanks.

Perfect family vacation!

First time visiting Naples definitely worth the 16 hour drive! We celebrated our daughter’s 15th birthday on the most beautiful beach like she wanted! We went to multiple different beaches and always ended our days at the pool that pool & spa were amazing! Thomas was more than an amazing host from before booking our trip to the very end we loved it so much we booked an extra night! The house was equipped with everything and anything you can think of! I brought my 1 year old granddaughter with me and he had a high chair. Will definitely be back!!! The only thing I would say there is a free shuttle service but Christine was not as communicative and we only got to take one trip with her our whole stay which we were able to catch a beautiful sunset at the beach, but would of loved to have more trips with her! Thank you again Thomas for your hospitality
