They went the extra mile to get the Invisalign returned to us - something they did not have to do. The staff also helped us weigh our bags when we left to make sure we were not overweight at the airlines. The location was great, overlooking the water, and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend."

"I was disappointed by this property. I understand it’s not a hotel, but it’s advertised under the luxury hotels guides and there’s no luxury in this place. The shower in our 3 people room was terrible, water will come out because the doors didn’t connect, and we had a pool every time we took a bath. We asked for a mop to keep the floor dry and were told to use towels from a closet by the room. The toilet to seat was broken, it kept coming out. We ran out of toilet paper and had no one to ask...
