It was an awful stay. Torn furniture, missing furniture and no hot water to take a shower. Poor communication. No maintenance people and no follow up calls on maintenance. Waited for someone to check hot water for over two hours. Vacated.

Great place to stay

The condo itself was comfortable for me and my buddy. We were in town for the pickleball US Open. We were able to play pickleball within the complex every morning we were there. The pool area is very nice. The restaurant on the premises had good food. It was easy to chill out when we wanted to. The decor was a little funky for me, but that’s just personal taste. One thing to note, the showers operate kind of weirdly. You need to turn the handle all the way hot then back again to then get to a temperature you would prefer. Also, as per usual when you stay at a Vacasa property, personal touches are missing. You’ll need to shop for laundry supplies. The supplied TP is one step below single play if that’s possible. You may want to pick up some Quilted Northern when you hit the Publix.

Horrible furniture

The pleather chairs and head boards left peeling flaky pieces of pleather all over after using. The couch was their saving grace for a place to sit. The beds are all very low to the ground and were hard to get in and out of. There was no toaster or toaster oven so to have toast in the morning - you have to use the broiler in the oven. The pool was close by and the view out the lanai was nice, but for the cost of the unit, it was very disappointing.
