Due to a bunch of wilde life in direct surroundings (raccoon, squirrel, coyote, deer, black bear) NO noise 10pm-8am. NO HEN/STAG PARTIES
The screen doors are to be closed at all times, raccoons are agressief they can make a big damage. Don't feed them. .
