Great hotel, lovely rooms and staff very helpful. Particularly enjoyed the 7th floor pool and bar area, had a lovely lunch with great views of Naples and Vesuvius from the peaceful terrace watching the world go by below. The 4th floor restaurant was great for dinner, lovely food, wonderful service and again great views. What’s not to like x

The staff was super helpful and communicated well in English. Even though it was a 25 euro taxi ride( highly entertaining)to the waterfront area, it was nice to be up above the hustle and crowds with great views of the city. The rooms are small but very well done with everything you might need.

This hotel is the diamond in the city of Naples. First class in every way from check-in to unique historic rooms. There is a gorgeous veranda, along with a magnificent small pool on the rooftop. you will not be disappointed in this fabulous property, I promise you!

This hotel was a gem!!! The property is stunning. The pool is a monument of art (I wish they were extended hours however). The rooms are unique and beautifully decorated. The staff was courteous, genuinely looking to assist you and seem to care about answering your every needs. They assisted with our transit from the airport with great communication and also assisted to our next transfer from a different company. Made the transitions so much easier. The staircase right across the street leads to shops, restaurants etc.. Already thinking of coming back to Naples and can't think of staying anywhere else. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We came for our honeymoon and had a pleasant stay here. The room was clean and the AC worked great - wish there was a kettle in the room though. The hotel itself has a lot of history and charm, we had a great time exploring. The pool was incredible, very peaceful and scenic with great views of the city and Vesuvius. It’s nice that the hotel is above the hustle and bustle of the city but we discovered the walk there was a strain, we got Ubers that were about €10 which was okay. There isn’t a lot of shops or places to eat in the immediate area. Reception staff were happy and friendly. Breakfast had some nice breads and sweets but the cooked options were limited, we didn’t realise until the last day that you could order specific things. The rooftop restaurant and bar is a lovely way to end the day, seeing the landscapes and the lights of Italy. We loved Lizzie the cat by the pool too.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center and around not so great neighborhood but the view, the roof top terrace and the pool compensate for this. Also the staff is really nice and helpful! The hotel itself is charming with lots of art and old historical references. There is a „secret” passage to a nearby church. So different from impersonal chain hotels. The food at the restaurant could be better, but again the vibe makes it worth visiting anyhow.

Historic and unique. Room had a strange smell. Very loud overnight…fireworks, clanging bottles in hallway. One concierge wasn’t very welcoming. Seemed to need more wait staff in restaurant. Maitre d’ at restaurant was very nice. Closed lunch service early at bar/restaurant near pool because of a wedding.

The hotel has great views over old town and port, and dinner in the restaurant was excellent, as good as any we’d had after ten days travelling around Italy. However, the noise from the staff, the kitchen area and general foot fall outside our room (41) was horrendous. We could hear every word of the staff clearing down after dinner and getting ready for breakfast, which went on until 1am. This included trolleys of crockery being moved around the hallways, shouting and the world’s creakiest door. If you do stay here make sure you’re not on the fourth floor, as you’ll get virtually no sleep.
