Walk or tram to the 2 Private Pelican Bay Beach clubs and Restaurants included in your rental rate, no beach chairs needed. Cabanas, umbrellas, lounge chairs are all provided. Just bring a towel and get ready for a gorgeous day and endless sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Included are a Pickle ball tennis court on property with 2 larger community tennis centers and gym included. Experience the magic of Pelican Bay, Naples at our fully equipped perfectly located condo. *** 3 Month Minimum starting 1/21/2025.


APPLICATION: All rentals in Pelican Bay require a lease application be completed and submitted at least three (3) weeks prior to check-in date for approval.
