Perfect Gem in Napoli

Martina is THE perfect host and her Macchiato Suites must be seen and enjoyed. We were contacted well in advance of our stay to ensure everything was alright and on the day of our check-in Martina contacted us and offered an early check in at 11:00 am despite being fully booked the night before. We were welcomed as friends and felt instantly comfortable ...our room was spacious , perfect in every details , the bathroom too , it felt like checking in a 5 star suite; all pleasing little details were there...Martina gave us many useful tips for sight-seeing and eating out and we had a great chat with her on both days. We had a car and safely parked it in the underground car park under the central train station ( half price Vs all other private car parks ) . We highly recommend the Macchiato Suites and Martina's fantastic welcome and attention. We'll definitely stay there when back to Napoli.Thank you so much.

The best hotel in Naples!

This is the best hotel during my trip in Italy. The room is really nice and clean, the bathroom is very beautiful, I had a great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is very fresh (trust me! Must better than hotel!). Martina (the owner of this hotel) is very kind and friendly. Highly recommend this place to someone who travel to Naples.

A pleasure to stay! Martina the owner is smart, warm and definitely a perfectionist. She is passionate about her business and Naples. Her boutique hotel is stylish, elegant and comfortable, which sets a very high standard for comparison when we travel across Southern Italy. Best experience so far

We had the best experience staying at Macchiato suite. It is located at the back of the street of a busy road. Martina was the manager and she helped me on checking in and out and even for my trip plan starting a week before my trip. She was very helpful on everything and she even found the train/bus schedule for us. She even prepared us some early breakfast to take since we didn’t have enough time to sit and eat. The room was very clean, pretty and spacious. It was also very clean and there were complementary wine too.

Booked this stay because of the great reviews and the tasteful room design, and we were even more impressed when we arrived! Macchiato suits was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything smelled wonderful, from the check-in area, to the towels. Martina was a great host, she was so friendly and went above and beyond to meet our every need! Her attention to detail was impeccable. She had the cutest selection of toiletries, and included thoughtful extras such as wine and juice. Our flight was early so she even arranged an early breakfast just for us- which tasted delicious! Staying at Macchiato suits before our flight back home was a great way to end our Italy experience.

Excellent stay!

We've just finished a two week trip in Italy staying at places far above what we're used to including a 5* hotel in Rome and Macchiato Suites was still by far the best accomodation of our trip. The rooms feel really homely and have everything you need (and more) plus no expense seems to have been spared in the design and decoration. Amazing shower and bathroom, excellent personalised breakfast (with great coffee) together with a great host in Martina who was extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a taxi driver call us when checking out and Martina immediately offered to speak to him in Italian for us, she found us a local music venue and contacted them to make sure they had live music on later in the evening and we both genuinely felt like we had a local friend in Martina we could go to at anytime with any questions or for any advice we needed. The overview of the city and map was a great welcome to Naples too!

An exquisite escape

I cannot say enough nice things about this wonderful guest house! A stunning room stocked with complementary snacks, white and red wine, slippers, toothbrushes, delightfully soft towels and blankets etc was lovely. Martina was a delight and helped us navigate Naples and Pompeii, made restaurant reservations for us, called us a taxi when we needed one, offered advice even in other cities in Italy and served up a delicious breakfast the next morning. I wish I could've stayed more nights thanks to her hospitality! I would encourage anyone visiting the area to stay with her...they won't regret it. I would not hesitate to go back there again....thank you Martina and Macchiato Suites! We had a WONDERFUL stay!

The Very Best in Naples Italy

If I had the opportunity to give the Macchiato Suites more than 5 Stars, I would! Not just a guest house, it is run more like a petite upscale boutique hotel. With its luxury bed and bath linens and Italian body products, to its hearty and delicious breakfast, the Macchiato Suites and its superb host Martina, offers an incredible vacation stay. Martina is a lovely person and host. She simply cannot do enough for her guests. She is enthusiastic about her work and has realized her dreams in this wonderful guest house. She is knowledgeable and well trained in the hospitality industry, It clearly shows! Everything is new, carefully selected with great care, and designed according to current trends. The décor is fresh, crisp and gleaming! Our room was spacious, the mattress most comfortable and the bathroom simply sparkled. Breakfast included fresh squeezed OJ, great pastries, fruit, Italian charcuterie and my personal favorite, Cappuccino! Martina even offered to prepare eggs for us. The guest house suites are in the historic district. Martina arranged our parking, taxi service, recommended a perfect restaurant and location for dinner and even booked our reservations for a trip to Positano! She was spot on with all of her recommendations and we trusted her with everything. Naples has a great vibe.The lovely Macchiato Suites offered a quiet respite from all the action.We highly recommend staying at the Macchiato Suites. a little gem of a place with a stellar host!!

Prisvärt centralt i Neapel

Mycket rent och fräscht litet hotell som ligger mitt i det historiska området och 10 minuters gångväg från tågstationen. Värdinnan var fantastiskt tillmötesgående, hjälpsam och trevlig. Frukosten enkel men med högklassiga råvaror, som färskpressad juice, lufttorkad skinka och olika sorters kaffe att välja bland. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta ställe och vi åker gärna dit igen!

Perfekt ”boutique hotell”

Fantastiskt hotell. Litet och mysigt. Med det menar jag att det är få rum och servicen är mkt personlig. Rummet var riktigt rymligt och jag gillar verkligen rum med högt till tak. Martina, som äger hotellet, är jättetrevlig och gav oss mkt bra information om vad man kan göra och vilka restauranger som kan rekommenderas. Som sagt, mycket trevligt bemötande och jan bara ge de bästa rekommendationer.
