The extraordinary loft/apartment is located in the heart of Naples, in the exclusive Chiaia-Mergellina district and impresses with its harmonious furnishings. You will experience Naples in an elegant atmosphere.

The apartment is on the second floor -story period building with a small elevator, has two large windows, divinely furnished, flooded with light, with all the modern comforts you might need for a comfortable stay and is located in a residential neighborhood full of authentic life where you can find top-quality grocery stores.

You will have at your complete disposal a real DJ booth with turntables, cdjs and mixer with a nice collection of Records and CDs from Neapolitan Power Funk-Jazz-Electronic-Psychedelic Rock : Pino Daniele, Pino D'angio, Nu Genea, Bassolino,Planetfunk, Carlo Fontana, Armando Piazza, Luciano Cilio..

A space with a real soul.

The apartment of about 58 square meters consisting of:

- Single living area with a comfortable double bed 160x190 with memory foam mattress and a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs

- A small well-equipped kitchen with a free use for guests washing machine.

- A very spacious bathroom with large shower.

- Office area with table and chair with USB charging base.

- Wooden bar cabinet equipped with Shakers, Measuring Cups, cocktail glasses, champagne, etc.

- Free fast internet cable connection WIFI, SMART TV 55" HD, digital terrestrial TV DTT, Netflix, Prime, Hi-Fi Pro stereo with turntables, mixer, CD players + part of my record collection, Bluetooth JBL speaker.

- Air Conditioning, Central Heating with radiators.

The accommodation/loft is part of a larger housing unit where the host also resides.

The house is located in the elegant and welcoming Chiaia neighborhood, one of the best in the city in an excellent context.

A few days before your arrival you will receive complete information and explanations for accessing the accommodation.

I have a camera always on facing the entrance of the property on the Smartlock keypad for security reasons. Its presence complies with current regulations and fully respects the privacy of guests.

This property was a 10 on 10. Perfect location, very comfortable and quiet. Super clean and up to date. Beautifully appointed with lots of attention to detail. Comfortably close to two lines of transportation to take you to the heart of the city and beyond and a very neighbourly area. Felt safe at all times, day or night. Best part was the host. Lorenzo provides a detailed PDF of all things Naples. Trust his advice. Best guide you will get. He is accessible and helpful and responsive. He will be there if you need him. A lovely person to deal with and a true Neapolitan. He made our stay special. Highly recommend this vacation home.
