This cottage is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated in light ‚sea, salt and sand’ colors, with mostly Pottery Barn furniture. Its warm and inviting ambience with many updates, which includes a quiet fenced backyard with a newly built & PRIVATe saltwater pool (southern exposure), a contemporary & fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances and granite countertops throughout will leave you feeling right at home. It also delivers appealing amenities such as a Flat-screen TV, a ‘Bose’ sound system as well as high speed internet throughout the home. The sun deck features lounge chaises, an outdoor dining table seating six, as well as a classic one touch original Weber charcoal grill.

This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage home is located just a few blocks away from the white sands of Horizon Beach (voted one of the top beaches in Naples by travelocity). Within a short stroll you will find great amenities at ‚The Waterside Shoppes’ – an outstanding lifestyle center with several diverse eateries among them BRIO, The Bricktop and many upscale retailers. Close to everything.

Very nice house and everything that was needed for a very enjoyable stay. Even though it was too cool to actually get in the pool it was nice to sit around it and listen to the sound of the flowing water. Central to about everything that you could possibly want to do in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

The new pool turned out amazing! This is a truly hidden gem! It is already our third stay and will not be our last. Great communication with Marion. Very clean. Fully equipped with beach stuff.

Fantastic house and pool!

We love the new pool! A quiet oasis in the back yard. The home is very close to one of Naples's nicest beaches. Cute, quiet & safe neighborhood. Beautifully decorated & immaculately clean home. We love Marion's homes. Whenever possible we book our Florida vacations in one of her homes. THIS is our new favorite.

Charming Home

House was exactly as described and the communication with owner was very good. As other guests stated, we would recommend paper towels in kitchen. ( I brought some from home having read other reviews) Otherwise the home was comfortable and so close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect location for our visit with our son. Would recommend!

Beautiful, clean, easy access to shopping, beaches, restaurants

Our first time going away for a month and this was a great house. Tastefully decorated, all the kitchen accessories you need, plenty of towels (bath and beach), and even chairs and umbrella for the beach. Marion was very responsive and very pleasant to communicate with. We enjoyed the back yard as it was quiet and peaceful. We were one street away from groceries, restaurants, shopping and a short drive to the heart of Naples. The beach we went to was just a few blocks away and not heavily populated. All in all, a great trip.

Best vacation rental ever!

The Seashore Cottage was perfect for our short getaway! Situated in a very nice and quiet neighboorhood, everything was spotless clean and very well decorated, we immediately felt at home as soon as we walked in. The pool area is amazing, seems pretty new - and there is plenty of room in the pool area with lots of loungers and chairs and umbrellas and garden space. We loved to wake up to the pool and garden view from the master bedroom with the large terrace door! The house was well equipped and had everything we needed, lots of kitchen supplies and tableware! I would definitely come back and the homeowner was very attentive and kind! Can't wait to be back!

Sunny Naples

My husband and I and another couple enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. The pool was wonderful and backyard very private . One little suggestion is to have some paper products like tissue/ paper towels/ paper napkins. We only stayed 3 days which was fine, but if we stayed longer it would of been hard to live out of a suitcase . There are no empty dressers / drawers / baskets or empty shelf space to unpack.

This property did not disappoint!! All the photos represent the house as shown. The pool was amazing a pool guy even came to clean it during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. One of things that I liked there was a small cooler to use which we used twice at the beach. The homeowner was also responses as well in tentative.
Our son loved this water fountain in the pool.

Beautiful location and property

My family and friends had a wonderful one night stay in this property. Property was immaculate, plenty of house and backyard space. Beds were very comfortable and my teenager enjoyed the pool and backyard lounge chairs. We were 1 mile driving to the local beach and Publix. The owner was very responsive to my email and phone calls about checking in early. We would definitely stay at one of her properties again. Thank you Marion.

Super cute and clean cottage in Naples. Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed here very comfortably. The house had lots of beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and is located within easy access to shopping and food. Don’t expect to stay here and walk to the beach. A car is a must! The mosquitos were horrible so we didn’t use the pool. But, the private pool is very nice to have! Marion is a dream to communicate with and responds quickly!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Naples! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. We are enjoying every single moment. House is just perfect for the two of us, I even have my office set up in one of the bedrooms. Kitchen is very well equipped. Wonderful vacation property in Naples

The property and the host are both excellent. The interior and exterior spaces are well designed and set up with comfortable furniture. We loved relaxing by the pretty pool. The location was fantastic. There were five adults in our party and the bedroom/bath layout, kitchen space and living room spaces worked excellently. The host is so accommodating and provided wonderful recommendations for restaurants in the area as this was our first trip to the Naples area.
