Completely renovated family vacation home located in the heart of historic Olde Naples. 3B/2.5B with approx. 2049 sq ft. Brand new Whirlpool appliance package includes stainless steel side by side refrigerator, convection double range, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and full size Maytag washer and dryer.

Renovations include all new appliances, flooring throughout, fresh paint, all brand new furniture, new cabinets throughout, new granite throughout and much more!

Sleep 8-10 as follows:
Blue Beach Room, king bed
Coral seashell room, has a king bed and a 1/2 bath.
Master bedroom, has a king bed and a full sized bathroom with a shower.
Large comfortable sectional with electronic recliners.

Open floor plan is conductive to multi-generation family gatherings; grill fresh fish on the veranda while others swim in the pool or lounge in the family room/dining area. This pool home, parts of which have been renovated and remodeled, is a sanctuary in Naples, Florida. You won't have to use our car once you arrive. Amazing restaurants and shopping are right out your doorstep, and the beach is only 2 short blocks away. We have enjoyed watching pelicans from the pier (a 10-minute walk from the house), dolphins from the beach, and most recently, bald eagles that appear to have nested on our property.

Amazing location
We spent 4 weeks and loved it. This property is in a great location. It’s 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and the 3rd St. shops are literally in the backyard (which can be a bit noisy at times). The property has been completely remodeled due to the hurricane and therefore has all new furniture and supplies. We barely used our car because we could walk to everything including Tin City and Naples City Dock.

Loved the location - close to beach shopping and restaurants. Property Manager was wonderful and helpful if needed. For the price of the house I would upgrade some of the little things like sheets and do a better job deep cleaning the refrigerator closets and bathrooms..

Originally we were disappointed in condition of property. But, manager took care of our concerns quickly and we enjoyed our stay. It is an older property but location is excellent...very close to beach and right around the corner to shops and restaurants.

Fine location
An old home with minimal street appeal but quite comfortable inside. It was well equipped and the owners were very responsive to our needs. The location is superb--a 200 yard walk to the beach and 50 yards to 3rd St., a marvelous collection of fine shops and dining. A fine way to enjoy old Naples!

Close to perfect
The house was perfect for six people. Two blocks from the beach. We ate in all but one night because eating in is almost always better than eating out. The pool was clean, plenty of towels, etc. A most enjoyable stay.
