This unique home is located just a few houses down from the breaktaking multi-million dollar homes on the water. Just a short stroll to gorgeous Delnor Wiggins Pass Beach! The kitchen is also fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans to make cooking a gourmet dinner a breeze. Relax within the screened in front porch which is surrounded with lush tropical foliage. Perfect for sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. In the backyard the large screened in back porch overlooks the private fenced in yard to grill out and enjoy dinner. This inviting home has fun colors and decor in every room to truly make you feel like you're on vacation! The living room has a "smart" LCD TV which allows you to watch regular cable TV or connect via free wi-fi to stream movies and shows through TV apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, etc. Hit the beach, hit the stores, everything is within a 2.5 mile radius, including Naples hottest spot for shopping, dining, bars, and movies, the Mercato!
