This fourth-floor condo at Heritage Bay was fantastic! It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen has every conceivable cooking device you can think of, including a slow cooker and a Keurig Coffee Maker. A large screen TV in the living room and another in the master BR was a nice touch.
But the best part was the beautiful view of the golf course from the lanai. This is the best view at Heritage Bay! It overlooked a lake and two greens. Every day we would grab a cup of coffee and watch golfers play, chip, and putt.
We played golf on the 27 holes, too. As transfer members, we paid about $36 for nine holes, something like $58 for 18 holes. The courses are beautiful and challenging. The carts have GPS units that tell you how far away the flag is.
The Dining Room and Grille Room at the Clubhouse offer outstanding dinners. We tried the Wine Wednesday. It consisted of an entire entree like New York Strip with a bottle of wine for a very reasonable price.
We took advantage of the main swimming pool, the driving range, and different offerings at the Activity Center such as line dancing and Zumba.
The rest of the time we went downtown for the annual Car Show, and Art Show, and to enjoy restaurants. Cafe Milano was our favorite. We also went to Vanderbilt Beach, Port Royal, and in previous years we went to the Naples Zoo and the Botanical Gardens.
We also had access to a storage unit where we stored our golf clubs, pull carts, tennis equipment, and several suitcases. This is significant because some owners do not provide this access.
Heritage Bay is an attractive, extremely well-maintained and managed golf & country club. And in this safe and secure gated community, you won't find a better condo to rent.
