Built in 2021, the home has contemporary architecture, an open-air front porch and a raised design. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, a built-in pantry and counter seating, and it opens to the dining table for 5 and the family room with 2 sofas and a large smart TV. A den with French doors has a pull-out loveseat and a desk.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a glass-enclosed shower and a soaking tub. The second bedroom, also upstairs, has 2 twin beds, a smart TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. On the first floor, the third bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower-tub combo. A half bath is on the first floor, and the den's pull-out loveseat adds extra sleeping.

Outdoor Living:
The covered, screened back porch faces south and has a dining table with 6 chairs. It looks out over a large backyard lawn and wooded lots next door, and a short set of stairs leads down to the yard.
