No need to worry about beach access as you have private access here just steps out your door. Rare find with this spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath luxury condo, newly remodeled with gourmet kitchen. Enjoy both sunset and sunrise with over 700sq feet of lanai. Pool and grounds are undergoing renovation this spring and hopefully complete by summer. Reserved parking space. In unit full size washer/dryer. Everything you need to enjoy your beach getaway! Downtown Old Naples a short drive and very close to the upscale Mercado Shopping and dining district. *****Hurricane update***** Condo was untouched by hurricane, however, common areas on ground floor are undergoing major rehabilitation.
