A newly opened hotel - Steps from all the action! Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!

We were incredibly astounded by the above and beyond service of our hotel stay. I had lost my phone in a taxi on the way in. We thought all of our trip photos were lost however the front desk team had called all the taxi companies and also the train station requesting to know about it. We got very lucky and the taxi driver was an angel and had brought in the phone the next day and dropped it by with the front desk who had it waiting when we got back from our sight seeing. Beautiful rooms .. I would definitely stay there again. Entry is a little tricky but other thsn that i loved it.

It’s a pretty central location, only a 15-20 minute walk to/from main train station, Port/tour ferries, city tour bus lines and tons of local great restaurants. Metro and bus lines also very close by. Not a traditional hotel or airbnb, it’s a set of nice, modernly appointed rooms with everything in a large, beautiful mixed-use building with great security and a small lift. The room was great it’s the area and so many gates and steps up to get on elevator. Was close to where we needed to be. The made to order breakfast was a pastry and one coffee. It was good but not what I needed. The room was nice!!

We had terrible weather (early April) but the hotel was located near the main tourist streets. I enjoyed Naples, seems less touristy. This location is excellent, staff very helpful.
